How do the top earners in a marketing business such as Mary Kay, Amyway or Agel make those commission checks? I mean we have all seen representatives before who have started one of these type of businesses fail. Why is that? What do the top earners do that the remainder don't know OR don't do.
First an foremost they GO TO WORK and they go to work CONSISTENTLY PERFORMING MONEY MAKING ACTIVITIES. They don't spend their time talking the talk without walking the walk. To be successful in any business you will have to work just like you go to your job every day for those who have jobs in this economy. When you show up and you work for eight hours a day and the company your work will give you a check based on the time and hours you work and they pay you a set rate of pay for your talent or skill level that you bring to the company. If you don't show up for work for 3 days without calling in they will usually fire you and put an ad out on one of those job boards like Monster, Career Builder, Indeed.com to replace you.
Getting back to top earners go to work they focus on two things. One is bringing in new business partners or teammates. To do this they use either off line marketing techniques which are usually free or paid online advertising techniques to gain business. The other things that top earns do is they focus on getting new customers.
Tactic # Retailing Product

Technique: 1 or 2 techniques: Online or Skincare Parties

If you want to make a few $100 to $3000 quickly a month then with Mary Kay for example you can do that by focusing on selling/ retailing the products using the Internet, holding skin care parties, online parities, office party, collection shows, and letting everyone you know that you are a Mary Kay Independent Consultant. With the invention of the Internet you can just pass out 5 to 10 samples a day and direct them to your company replicated website it offers to all it's consultants and they just buy online. This way your not holding classes you are building online but in order to make this work you would have to follow up; and this is something we would teach you how to do if you wanted to work your business online. By building your customer base you earn residual income from your re-orders. I know people who have customer bases from 30 customers to 1000+ customers. If you want to earn the big big bucks like say 10K to 100K+ a month then you are going to have to build a big business. Within Mary Kay you can earn within 2 to 4 years of consistent effort you can get to the top position in the company and they are making anywhere between $300,000 to several millions a year and the company will give you lavish bonuses, like trips to exotic locations, diamonds, cars, prizes along the way and lots of praise and recognition. This is given out to everyone not just a few women I mean thousands might even be millions of women earn this type of money. Here's what you really got to do talk to people. I mean lots of people if you are directly using face to face then you want to talk to 10 a day, using the sample approach that we will teach you. For those who want to jump start then you will purchase leads and he rule is dialing 100 people a day that said they were interested in home base business. Mark Yarnell one of the marketing greats said to make the fast cash talk to 30 people a day 5 days a week if you want to make 100k a month.
