Recruiting is a mind-set and you have to fall in love with recruiting. It is a income producing activity and this is something you have to do everyday. When you get leads you are constantly to bringing in new people in. You have to listen to what they say why your opportunity is for them.
Never stop recruiting in this business is helping other people get what they want and how this business can change people lives. One this is that women view makeup as a necessity and not a luxury. You can do this business part-time but not spare time if you want to be profitable.

How To Make Money In Any Marketing Business Including Mary Kay
How do the top earners in a marketing business such as Mary Kay, Amyway or Agel make those commission checks? I mean we have all seen representatives before who have started one of these type of businesses fail. Why is that? What do the top earners do that the remainder don't know OR don't do.
